Muslim High School
After the creation of Pakistan, all high schools that were managed by Hindu or other community organizations were closed. These schools had a significant number of Muslim students enrolled. As a result, Muslim students were forced to seek admission in other high schools. In response to the growing need for educational facilities, Anjuman decided to acquire the building of Arya High School from the government.
Master M. Khaleel Shah, who was the headmaster of Muslim High School Jalandhar, moved to Sialkot after the creation of Pakistan. His efforts and struggles in this regard were highly commendable. Consequently, in 1947, Arya High School was converted into Muslim High School and was taken over by Anjuman.

Islamia Girls High School
A Girls' High School had been operating under the Anjuman Muslim Khawateen Sialkot for some time. The Anjuman-e-Khawateen requested Anjuman-i-Islamia to take over the management of this school. As a result, in May 1947, the Girls' High School was transferred to the control of Anjuman-i-Islamia. Initially, the school had very little furniture. The Anjuman purchased new desks and curtains for the 9th and 10th classes.
